Are we progressing with freedom or regressing to slavery in our spiritual journey? Pastor Chris preaches from Galatians 5.

In the letter to the Galatians, apostle Paul has clearly explained that one cannot be made righteous by keeping the law.  But what then is the purpose of the law?  In this passage, Galatians 3:15-29, let us understand the purpose God has intended for the law. 在加拉太书里，使徒保罗已经很清楚的解释，人是不可以靠律法称义的。那么，我们自然就会问"律法的用处是什么呢 ？"让我们听加拉太书3章15-29节解释律法的用处。

Most of our life revolves around trying to get inside from outside – parents trying to get their children inside the best schools, spouses trying to get inside the heart of in-laws, or a despised tribe inside an respected tribe – for no one wants to remain outside. In Galatians 4, the Apostle Paul shows the Galatians the folly of going back outside now that they're already inside in Christ. Pastor Chris Chia preaches.

We are believers in Christ through rebirth by the Holy Spirit, not by keeping the laws.  Paul explains why through his writing.  Are you truly born again? 唯有借着圣灵带来的重生，我们才能成为神的子民，领受神的祝福，而不是借着遵行神的律法。保罗借着这段经文解释这真理。你得到圣灵重生了吗？

In Galatians 3.1-25 Paul brings together five strong arguments in support of Justification by Faith. Pastor John Ting explains the meaning and significance of each and concludes with four important practical implications.

The gospel proclaimed by apostle Paul, is this the complete gospel? Is this gospel different from the gospel proclaimed by the church in Jerusalem? Paul explains in this portion of scripture that there is only one true gospel.  Paul would spare no effort to defend the purity of this gospel.  What has all this have to do with us?  What can we learn from what Paul has done? 保罗所传讲的信靠耶稣基督得拯救的福音，是否是完整的福音，有是否和耶路撒冷教会的使徒们所传的福音是一样的呢？保罗在这段经文中说明，福音只有一个。他也不惜代价的捍卫这福音纯正性。保罗这么做，与我们有什么关系？我们有能从中有什么学习呢？

The gospel that saves is the gospel of grace, where Jesus gave himself for our sins to deliver us from this present evil age.  Paul in this letter exhorts the Galatians not to depart from this grace, so must we!  保罗传讲的福音，述说了上帝借着耶稣基督带来的拯救，这一切都是上帝的恩典。保罗在书信中劝勉信徒不要离弃这恩典。同样的，我们也当持守这拯救的恩典！
